Booking Terms & Conditions

6 hour time slot + 1 hour grace period is provided for every booking.

Any additional time will be billed at the applicable booking hourly rate.

Hirer set up, set down and cleaning must be done in their allocated time slot.

Full event management and catering packages available, please ask further for pricing.

All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Management reserves the right to change prices without notice. T&C’s apply.

£500 - £1000 damage deposit is required for all dry hire bookings. £1000 for ticketed events.

SIA Security required for all alcohol events.

Bar corkage charges apply.

Use of the venue gas/cooking facilities: £250.00 per booking
